We just can't believe four months have already passed by so quickly. We are so proud of how far our girls have come. They are such amazing little ladies. They are growing so fast and changing every day. It's so fun to watch their personalities form and see how truly different they are from each other.
Addie is now 11 lbs 4oz and our little bruiser Ella is 11 lbs 12oz! Not the little sister anymore!! They started out in the 3rd percentile for weight. Now Addie has jumped to the 10th and Ella to the 25th!!
The beginning of this month started out with a rough week. I'm not sure if the girls were going through some sort of sleep regression, growth spurt, or maybe some early teething, but it was not fun. They would not go to sleep until super late and did not want to take naps during the day although they were super cranky and fussy when they were awake. It was a challenge, but we made it through!
Now we are back on a predictable schedule that works for all of us! The girls are such great sleepers, we are really lucky. They take three naps a day. Two of them are about an hour long, and then they usually take a two to three hour nap in the middle of the day depending on what we have going on. They sleep really well at night for about 11 hours. It's amazing!
I am a lot more comfortable getting the girls out of the house now. It's nice to feel like a normal person again! The girls love going on walks in the stroller and they are super good while I run errands. Although, they really hate stopping at red lights in the car! As long as we are moving, everyone is happy!
The girls hit some major milestones this month. Both girls have the best smiles. Ella is laughing up a storm! Addie is not far behind. She will give a little chuckle but not the belly laugh that Ella likes to give. Both girls rolled over from front to back this month. Ella first and Addie after on the same day. We think Addie was jealous of all the attention Ella was getting for rolling over so she just decided she didn't want to be left out!! Ella can just about roll from her back to her front but she just has to work on getting her arm out from under her. Another few days and she will be there. They love tummy time and are getting so strong.
The girls love to mimic everything we do. They both have been making raspberries, especially Addie. And they love to cough for attention, it's pretty funny! They are so engaged and easily entertained. Happy happy girls!

We were so excited for Davison and Taylor to bring Sloan up to meet the girls. Addie and Ella are four days older than Sloan. It will be so fun to have the girls grow up together. We can't wait to take them on trips and make memories.

My mom and dad came back out to help and mom ended up staying for a week. It is always nice to have an extra set of hands around. When someone else is there to help it's amazing how much of a load it takes off of me. It's almost like I only have one baby for a short period of time......almost! Half the work with twins is still a full time job!

Uncle Trevor and Auntie Candice also came out for the weekend and we had a great time just hanging with the girls. My mom even babysat the girls one night so Trev, Candice, Rick and I could go have a nice dinner and night out in Scottsdale.
On Halloween we took the girls over to Sarah and Reade's for pizza and Trick-or-Treating. It's exciting to start these family holiday traditions with their cousins Kennedy and Chase. The girls were so tired from all the fun, they practically sleep the entire next day!

Addie is such a wiggle worm! Completely broke both arms out of the swaddle and slid all the way down to the bottom of the rock and play! Any further and she would have been on the floor!
The month ended with a great new addition to the family. Welcome to the world sweet Adelynn! The girls are so excited to have a new cousin! They are going to have so much fun playing together!!!
